Come check us out - new students in PianoSmarts, KinderSmarts, VocalSmarts, ActSmarts or Film class, are invited to observe a class before enrolling. Additionally, private lessons, PianoSmarts and VocalSmarts will receive a special $55 tuition rate for their first four lessons along with a free music book. How to Register

  • New families, please contact us to arrange a time and a day for lessons or lessons. Call (925) 245-0283 or email us at Inquiry@SmARTSunlimited.com

  • Returning families, registration is completed online. Registrations require a deposit of one full month's tuition and is non-refundable. This deposit will be credited to your June tuition.

  • Tuition may be paid in the following manner:
    1. Year-in-full by check or credit card. Year-in-full payments for September-June services receive a 5% discount.
    2. Monthly ACH from your bank account. Be sure to complete and return the ACH Authorization Agreement.
    3. Monthly by check. Payment must be received by the first lesson of the month.
    4. Monthly email invoice for payment through Google Checkout.


  • IMPORTANT! Thirty day written notice must be submitted for cessation of lessons. All withdraw notifications must be hand delivered to the studio. Students will be continually enrolled, i.e. tuition will be deducted from the account on file according to terms of your agreement, until written notice to stop lessons is received. This policy is in effect throughout the academic year. This notice must be received by the 1st of the month in order to stop automatic payment for the following month.

Summer 2012 Theater Camp

ActSmart Theater Main Stage Summer Camp (ages 7-17) - $880.00 (including 20% February discount)

ActSmart Theater Pee Wee Summer Camp (ages 3-6) - $360.00 (including 20% February discount)

Pre & After Care
Is offered to families registered in the ActSmarts Summer Theater Program only. Parents need to communicate their needs for pre and after care at the time of registration. No drop in care is provided. Care time is from 6AM-9AM, and from 4PM-6PM. Please be on time to pick up your children. A late fee of $1.00 a minute will be assessed for all late pickups. Fees for care can be paid in one week increments, but must be paid (in full) at the beginning of each week. Parents are not obligated to use care every day or every week, but the scope of care must be decided before the program begins.

Parent Participation
Parents will be asked to sign up for various volunteer positions. The requirement is one volunteer position per family. Parents that prefer not to participate can pay a Non-Participation Fee of $50.00 per family at the time of their registration.

SmARTSunlimited parents become participants in the success of the program by accepting a volunteer support position. The requirement is one volunteer position yearly per family. Parents who are unable to fulfill a volunteer role will be asked to pay a Non-Participating Parent Fee.
